After we deal about the concept, i will do the work according to the concept. If there's any additional things to add or theres a change in the concept, extra fee will be charged.
After we made some progress/send a preview, Refund/Cancel are not allowed!! All the payment will be forfeited and if there is no previous transaction (down payment/full front), then there will be a charge 50% from the full price.
